PLEASE NOTE:

• The on-line management system is NOT supported by Internet Explorer. It is recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox.
• Request minimum is $500,000. For requests under $500,000, apply to the CPL Grant Program.
• BEFORE submission, please print and review your proposal. You will receive confirmation of your submission via system generated email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact LSOHC staff at 651-284-6430.

Council staff is available to assist applicants with proposal questions or technical issues. Seek assistance early to ensure you receive the help you need to complete your application by the deadline.
